For our Prospective Candidates

Are you ready to begin your relationship with AdamsGabbert? You can fulfill a contract staff position at one of our many clients to meet a flexible work schedule, test-drive a future employer through a contract-to-hire assignment, or get hired directly at a Kansas City or St. Louis premiere employer.

We've asked our candidates what makes us different from other area consulting firms and the overwhelming response is the focus that AdamsGabbert places on getting to know our candidates. "It's more than just an interview on skills and experience", says Cassie Myers, "they got to know my personality and my interests... the things that motivate me to be a great employee".

Daryl Lawrence told us, "Being a consultant can be challenging - but with AdamsGabbert I am part of a team. Being in a family of consultants who understand the business from beginning to end makes a big difference. The other firms I have worked with in the past made me feel extremely important during the placement process, but once I was place on a project they seemed to forget I existed. AdamsGabbert stays actively involved throughout the life of the project, not just at the beginning".

Not only do we take that care with our candidates, our customers are afforded the same diligent attention. An area financial services company has said, AdamsGabbert knows me better than I know myself. They understand my business needs and the type of candidate that will succeed in our unique culture.
